When in build mode on my XBOM, I'm trying to rotate when I select to move my lot or move my house. The rotate (LT, RT) buttons just exit out of the move.

I play on PlayStation, when you try to rotate things in build mode, such as lots, roofs, rooms, houses, the game doesn’t let you do it and instead rotates through the tools at the top. So if I try to rotate a lot it just cancels the action and switches to the sledgehammer or eye dropper tool instead.
