Hi all,
If you're playing on PlayStation could you please share your save file (instructions here: [INFORMATION] How to Send User Files to The Sims 4 Team ) to help us investigate into this further?
For Xbox players, there's currently not a way for you to share your saves with us, but please continue to report any issues you experience in this thread.
Thank you!
Has anyone done this yet? I play on Xbox One but I could film the issue and send it to you. It's so frustrating that this has been an issue for so long. has anyone on PS sent their saves in to review?
