I ran the update for Xbox today 6/18/25 and every time my sim leaves the lot and returns the games crashes - no mods as it is Xbox - has occurred about 5 times today every time is after my sim visits...

It’s been 3 days I’ve spoken with both ea and Xbox multiple times I’ve factory reset my Xbox nothing works. The amount of money I’ve put into this game is insane and the best ea can tell me to do is to post about it in the forums since they cat fix it
I'm on XB1 and get this, too. I get a black screen that says "Please try again. For some reason The Sims™ 4 took too long to start. (0x8027025a)"
