I ran the update for Xbox today 6/18/25 and every time my sim leaves the lot and returns the games crashes - no mods as it is Xbox - has occurred about 5 times today every time is after my sim visits...

I cannot save anything on my game it’s been like this for weeks now, I’ve done all the fixes I known I can do and I’ve also brought a new console as mine needed an upgrade till facing this issue.. I’m nearly ready to give up, normal work arounds do not work at all…
I’ve brought a new console as my other one had seen better days, I’ve also brought external hard drive as I know saving as much we have to with this game can be a lot… nothing will work I love this game but it’s pointless when I cannot save anything.. I’m a console player so MODS aren’t a thing or an issue. I’m about to give up all together and just no longer play.
