I ran the update for Xbox today 6/18/25 and every time my sim leaves the lot and returns the games crashes - no mods as it is Xbox - has occurred about 5 times today every time is after my sim visits...

I’m on XBox S, I’m having an issue where my game will freeze and won’t respond to button clicks in CAS. I thought my controller was dead, so I switched to a different one, but it didn’t do anything. Then it kept happening! It only seems to be in CAS, which makes it beyond frustrating when I’m making an entire family and suddenly the game crashes or won’t respond, so I gotta start over… 😑
I had the exact same problem. I wasted an hour on CAS.
The CAS issue is the second biggest problem for me. It keeps deleting one of my sims when I try to play. Makes no dang sense!! I don’t even have close to the amount of Sims it uses as a limit. GRRRRR.
