I ran the update for Xbox today 6/18/25 and every time my sim leaves the lot and returns the games crashes - no mods as it is Xbox - has occurred about 5 times today every time is after my sim visits...

The gallery crashes when I save my household to my library, as well as when trying to place a lot. This crashed my game and even corrupted the file, several times. Is there a fix for this? I’m playing on console, on a PS5 I don’t understand how this issue has occurred considering I don’t use any mods and couldn’t. Please can someone help. Thank you.

Hi,
No, if I save something to my gallery it comes up with the icon to save but freezes. If I try to save my household to my library it does the same but corrupts my game when I reload it. It says this is corrupted and needs to be deleted. Luckily I could back it up from my cloud data otherwise I would have lost all my households and lots in my library.
