I ran the update for Xbox today 6/18/25 and every time my sim leaves the lot and returns the games crashes - no mods as it is Xbox - has occurred about 5 times today every time is after my sim visits...

8 days of game completely unplayable no solution in sight
It’s been 8 days. It will not fully launch. I own almost all the dlcs. Ea support sent me to the forums because 3 separate people couldn’t fix it. I get past the play to start menu, then to the full next loading bar but once it hits the spinning plumbob and tips loading screen it crashes back to the Xbox homepage with no error code. I am playing on an Xbox series S so there is no mods or cc interference as I can’t even install those items on the console. Please help me be able to enjoy your game again EA. Please
things I have tried include:
uninstalling and reinstalling, changing the dns, alternating the MAC, trying to launch only base game, triple checking my EA account is linked to my Xbox, asking Reddit and the official sims discord, clearing the reserved space, removing my saves from console. Most anything you can think of.

i have discovered that my Xbox will launch sims on my boyfriends profile but not mine…. I’m not sure what to think anymore
