I ran the update for Xbox today 6/18/25 and every time my sim leaves the lot and returns the games crashes - no mods as it is Xbox - has occurred about 5 times today every time is after my sim visits...

The same thing is happening to me on PS5. Why is no one assisting us?
Mine won't save it keeps crashing here on PS5 too. It saves then crashes in build mode and live mode even after the latest update version 2.19. EA won't fix it either the more updates they give us the worse it gets for us too.
