I ran the update for Xbox today 6/18/25 and every time my sim leaves the lot and returns the games crashes - no mods as it is Xbox - has occurred about 5 times today every time is after my sim visits...

I posted on this forum a week ago, unfortunately it’s still the same. I’m unable to place a household even in CAS from creating a new game. I can’t save any households to my library or save others households. If I try to upload to my library it crashes my game, reference to the photo I attached. It looks like it’s loading but it’s not. Is this a bug, what can I do? I’ve deleted the game and reinstalled all my packs. The game is updated as well.
