I ran the update for Xbox today 6/18/25 and every time my sim leaves the lot and returns the games crashes - no mods as it is Xbox - has occurred about 5 times today every time is after my sim visits...

My restaurant employees just stand there frozen. My customers rating will go from a 3 to a 1 and then they just get up and leave because of the wait times. When my sim (the restaurant owner) tries to go around to welcome customers, recommend dishes, etc. everyone in the game freezes for a minute or so and then it will unfreeze for a second and she will go around, but as soon as I try to have her talk to other customers again, it starts to repeat the same process. The game has been crashing so bad to where I can’t even move my camera around. It has had the loading circle just spinning and I wasn’t able to move anything so I had to restart the game. In build a sim, when I adjust the sims weight, it won’t let me off of that to edit anything else so I have to restart the game again. It also just completely crashed and my ps4 had me report an issue. This pack has SO much potential to be fun but it’s very broken. Please fix the bugs in this pack, I’m begging!!!
