I ran the update for Xbox today 6/18/25 and every time my sim leaves the lot and returns the games crashes - no mods as it is Xbox - has occurred about 5 times today every time is after my sim visits...

I haven’t been able to play my game on ps5 for over a month now. Updated my game yesterday and it IMMEDIATELY crashed. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on a game that now just sits on my system wasting space. I have posted in technical issues several times only to be ignored. They try to shove a new expansion pack in our faces when we CAN’T EVEN PLAY THE GAME NOW. EA’s incompetence is actually astounding at this point.
