I ran the update for Xbox today 6/18/25 and every time my sim leaves the lot and returns the games crashes - no mods as it is Xbox - has occurred about 5 times today every time is after my sim visits...

In the sims4 on xbox1 for about the past month, I haven't been able to save my game. I select save and it acts like it's saving but never finishes, it just crashes out. I don't want this to be the reason I quit playing the sims4. Please fix this crashing issue.

Thanks for your message. I was starting to wonder if it was time to replace my console. I love the sims4 -even to the point of not minding all the long loading times and endearing glitches. But, crashing out while trying to save is not cool. I hope they see this post and fix the issue for console players.
I'm having the same issue. I can't save my game without my system crashing. I even tried saving from manage worlds still didn't work. My game still crashed. I also play on xbox one. So I have no mods or cc, it sucks because I can't even play the current event. Because anytime I get an item and try to save so I don't lose it. My game crashes. I really hope this bug gets attention and gets repaired. Soon it also started happening after the most recent update on the 9/23
