I ran the update for Xbox today 6/18/25 and every time my sim leaves the lot and returns the games crashes - no mods as it is Xbox - has occurred about 5 times today every time is after my sim visits...

Hi - Everytime I save on PS5 the game crashes with a 'something has gone wrong' message. This has been happening for months. I have all the expansion packs except the new adventure awaits and the fairy one. I have spent a LOT of money on a game that I can no longer play. How do I contact EA to get my money back? This is beyond a joke at this stage. Forum questions going back months in this with no resolutions. The game is officially broken. I have tried all the create a new save, start a new game suggestions.
Just happened to me today it happened alot when they released the burglars patch then it stopped when i disabled burglars now today out the blue it did it again so annoying to keep losing gameplay
