I ran the update for Xbox today 6/18/25 and every time my sim leaves the lot and returns the games crashes - no mods as it is Xbox - has occurred about 5 times today every time is after my sim visits...

I absolutely love the sims 4 and I’ve recently purchased lots of expansion packs etc but whenever I try and save it closes down the game and I get the error message it is extremely frustrating and it’s making the game unplayable for me. I’ve spent a lot of money and time on the sims 4 please try and fix this issue for console users as I’m sure I’m not alone and I miss playing it’s an escape for me.
