I ran the update for Xbox today 6/18/25 and every time my sim leaves the lot and returns the games crashes - no mods as it is Xbox - has occurred about 5 times today every time is after my sim visits...

The game is now impossible to play because it crashes every time I save. Why are you so silent about this serious issue? Is there an investigation? Tell me about the progress. It's time to confront console players. How long are you going to ignore our voices?
UYAMAYU i know exactly how you feel ive not played for wks due to not being able to save its the silence thats the most insulting i just wish they'd acknowledge us as being ignored is the worst then i wonder if they even know about the crashing while saving because EA_Solaire keeps moving our new threads here in this mass of crashing instead of creating a new one for us despite asking nicely!! Anyway i reached out to ea and they said they would pass it on to the team so fingers crossed they do cos i feel this forum is a dead end for console players
