I ran the update for Xbox today 6/18/25 and every time my sim leaves the lot and returns the games crashes - no mods as it is Xbox - has occurred about 5 times today every time is after my sim visits...

I’ve had this issue twice now which is how I figured out what it was. If I download a residential rental from the gallery I’m unable to place the lot as every lot says “not available for this lot”, even though there is plenty of space. So I ended up building my own residential rentals in build mode and saved them as a residential rental lot type. As soon as I go to manage worlds, the world with that residential rental turns white and will not load. It crashes the entire world and I can fix it. I’ve had to start new games because of it. Very frustrating. So basically I can’t play for rent.
