I ran the update for Xbox today 6/18/25 and every time my sim leaves the lot and returns the games crashes - no mods as it is Xbox - has occurred about 5 times today every time is after my sim visits...

Well I deleted my cloud save and starting over. I was able to get my sims back. Just having to start all over again. So far I haven't crashed once. Hoping this fixes my issue.
LuvSmokin i had to do this too its the only option at the minute i hate doing it glad you got your sims back i did the same saved them to my library all skills stay the same hopefully when they fix it we can go back to our old saves
