[XB/PS] Console crashing

Thanks for your reply.. I don't think there's a way to recover my gallery unfortunately because yes it must come from the console.. but I've come to terms with it, it's okay..

Yes, I had it on PS2! I don't have them anymore but I think they're still my favorite Sims along with the Urbz ! 🫶

I've officially lost all patience with this situation now! This game is beyond broken now! It would littraly take me a whole day to list everything that's wrong with this game.   If the crashing wasn't bad enough now previous lots that were perfectly fine now simply won't load anymore and get stuck on an the dreaded  infinite loading screen.

This is without any exaggeration the most broken bug ridden game I have EVER played! Console player are absolutely tired of routinely being left in the dust when it comes to game breaking glitches

Checking back after my game has crashed all day today while trying to save, just to still see "needs info". I've sent info. I've sent videos. I've sent crash reports.  I've reported on here. Im sure most of us have. The game isn't playable on console. We don't have mods or cc, every ounce of gaming content we have, we paid for! Honestly,  console players deserve better treatment than a "be patient", "needs info", followed by silence for a year! All while the game has gotten worse. 

Last few days game crashes whenever I  attempt to save, or travel off lot. Playing on PS5

Same problem. I`m a PS5 player.

I hate posting when you know it’s an issue. Can’t play my game ps5 all packs most kits. Wasting my summer vacation away  just fix it already. 

The crashing on saving is still an issue as of the latest patch.

Once again, the crashing on save is still not fixed after yesterday's patch.

I play on an Xbox One console. The game is becoming unplayable due to these updates. When I attempt to save the game after going into build mode, it crashes. The game crashes every time my Sim tries to travel to a different world. Creating new saves and deleting my old ones is a temporary solution, but when I try to save my game again on the new save, it crashes again.

This for real….. i havent played for over a month and return even through i bought enchanted nature. My game on ps5 has been unplayable since 2.13 and now with another major update i was foolish to think you actually fixed something. My game is still same and this cant be legal. I payed a huge amount of money on your game and i havent been able to play for 2 months. 
Everytime i try to save or travel the game crashes. If you got any dignity towards your customers you should urgently fix this…..
