If you're playing on PlayStation could you please share your save file (instructions here: https://forums.ea.com/idea/the-sims-4-bug-reports-en/information-how-to-send-user-files-to-the-sims-4-team/5048472 ) to help us investigate into this further?

For Xbox players, there's currently not a way for you to share your saves with us, but please continue to report any issues you experience in this thread.
