I had just booted up the game and loaded up my save when I went to interact with the computer. The interaction menu thing for the computer came up and I could use the left stick freely to move around...

This has happened all day today, making the game nearly unplayable. At any given moment all buttons become unresponsive so that I can't even save before exiting. I am have lost many game hours recently due to this but today it has been almost every half hour that this occurs. I have restored the license several times but nothing has changed in regards to the responsivity of the buttons.
I'm having the exact same issue on Xbox. I've done literally everything and it still persists (clear cache, hard console reset, new saves, reserved space wipe, uninstall/reinstall all game packs, play offline, etc.). It's infuriating.
Same happening for me. PS5.
It started happening about 10 minutes into gameplay. When I select something to perform an action, the radial dial pops up. I can use the joystick to move around the dial, but all buttons are unresponsive. I've tried closing the game, rebooting the console, shutting the console down and unplugging it for a while.
Game is currently unplayable so long as this issue persists, so I'm stepping away for a while.
That is exactly what happens. It's always a command bubble.
Every 5-10 minutes for me. Almost to the point I was spending more time loading up the game than actively playing. Completely unplayable right now until whatever this is is resolved.
