I had just booted up the game and loaded up my save when I went to interact with the computer. The interaction menu thing for the computer came up and I could use the left stick freely to move around...

For the past 2 days I have not been able to make any choices or confirm any button clicks after about 1-2minutes of gameplay in every single save. Can not make choices, can not click on choices, can not click options and can not click on sims; stuck in options window. Can move around the options but can not select. Can not even open the save menu to try to leave. Must restart game. I have restarted the game over 10 times and it has not solved the problem. I cleared the cache. Deleted and redownloaded game. Every save file I have becomes unplayable after 1-2 minutes. Every other video game I have is working perfectly fine…..I am a PS5 player so I have NO mods. I have tried playing without “testingcheats true” on so many times; it doesn’t matter if you have it on or not. Is someone going to help? Or is the game unplayable and need to delete for good? Thanks!
I ran to the comments section to find out why this is happening to me at this moment.
I even started a new game to make sure it wasn’t just a glitch with that specific saved game. Same thing happens. There’s no point in playing it if you can’t even click to save the game when it freezes the controller buttons up.
Same same same. The fact that there hasn’t been one update even just letting us know they’re aware and working on it is crazy like what 😆
