Exactly what it sounds like from the title. Yesterday I turned on the ps4 and there was an update. I did the update , reloaded the game. It takes a long time to open up but I see my latest save file and family. But once I click the file to play it gets stuck in the loading screen. (Pictured below) , it always gets stuck at this percentage but the words will keep scrolling through
anyone else having this issue?
An update:
When I went from the save menu instead of “resume game” and chose a different family the game worked. However my original household I was playing with I still can’t access. I also have no access to the gallery , and when trying to link my EA account it does the endless scrolling yet again
