xbox is having problems loading my save file and isn’t actually saving the data on it, been building a house for 2 weeks and none of it actually saved to the actual save file so when i press to start from the home screen it infinitely loads, and when i could get into it i couldn’t do anything with pools because they would place and i couldn’t save the game to load out. done anything i could find online to fix.
mojo8220 have you tried clearing your locally saved data and syncing up with the cloud again? Select Sims 4 on your console home screen using the menu button (3 lines) go to Manage Game and Add-ons>Saved Data. You'll see 2 sets of data, pick the set next to your gamertag/username and select delete from console only (this step should be carried out while the game is not running). Then immediately load up your game and it will sync up with the cloud and retrieve your data.
