It's been weeks since I have this problem and I still can't fix it, I literally tried everything but it won't let me play. I play on a PS4, when it says press x to play it just gives me a white screen... Apparently it's loading something, but it just keeps white for hours. It only loaded once, and when I tried to get to the bottom it restarted. I'm frustrated I've been playing the Sims 4 for ages and now I can't even get in. Some people had this problem weeks ago, do they still have it? If not, how did you fix it?
