Hi my sims 4 app is stuck on the loading screen on Xbox series s. It’s been like this for 3 days. I’ve tried everything I can do but I’m not sure if it’s on your end.
I’ve tried clearing cache. Uninstalling and reinstalling the game. I hope this isn’t a permanent thing as I’ve spent a lot of money and time playing this.
