Console player here. I’ve already had an issue with errors in the past that would completely take me out of my game (whenever loading into or out of something) . I created a new save file while deleting most of what was on the last file. On the new file I create a household that was playable for awhile until 1 sim went out to travel and was never able to return back to household (due to loading bar). Nor am I able to play with the rest of the household. PLEASE HELP ! This is making things unplayable and I would at least like to play with the packs I spent money on. My storage isn't full /close to full neither. Reference pic below
