Hello. When I first logged into the game on my PS5, I was offered to claim rewards, which I did. Then I accidentally clicked to view an item in detail and check its information, and that window ended up freezing while I could still control the menu.
I restarted the game, and for some reason it now loads infinitely.
Please make a version of The Sims specifically for the new-generation consoles and provide good optimization. Thank you!
