For months now I can't load my game past a quarter of the loading screen to get to the homepage without turning my wifi off - therefore losing access to the gallery. Then when I connect to the wifi my packs appear unowned and my sims lose their clothing/hairs that are not part of basegame. WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THIS GAME?! I have seen reddit posts about this also. It is now taking me around an hour and a half to get onto the game due to messing around with internet connection and then reconnecting so that i can get gallery & event access - it often crashes during this. Its horrendous since October 2025!!!
