This has happened the last few times I've played. I have no mods or cc.
End up having to turn off the console and start again, but at some point after 2-3 times of going in and out of manage worlds from lots, the same thing happens - stuck on the spinning plumbob screen...
I play one Xbox and when I come across this problem I have found if you quit sims 4, then launch any other game, close that game, and relaunch sims 4 it stops the endless loading. Hope this helps!
