Hey everyone! So I play TS4 on Xbox and it is actually a brand new system. I’ve been playing it for a month but for the past 3 days the game will not start at all after trying to load into my household. It stops at the 75% mark of loading and it stays stuck on the loading screen. I have done everything and I don’t even use cheats so I am wondering has anyone had this problem with the game not loading at all on console? I also have the new Royalty expansion pack so I’m not sure if that Is the cause of the issue. Could anyone help me please? I‘ve been looking forward to playing but I cannot at all. The photo below is what it is stuck on the entire time.
