[XB/PS] Error Code when saving

I play on Xbox. My TWO YEAR multi generational Sims family is GONE. I saved the main siblings in my gallery and attempted to play 3 times. Each time I have loaded them back into a new game and started playing, I can’t save anymore. I’m getting Error code 34 and the file consistently deletes. This last time I only loaded 2 of the families into their homes and the whole file wouldn’t save. So I let my daughter play her saved family and that was only one family - same thing. Error code 34 and the file was deleted. I didn’t spend over $2k on every expansion pack and kit to not be able to play. I own everything and I’m angry.

My save of 2 YEARS disappeared on Xbox. GONE. I’ve tried reloading the families into a new game and none of my saves are working. My daughter tried her sims family and lost them as well. Error code 34 on Xbox and we got error code 21 as well. Smh. I own everything expansion pack, stuff pack, and kit pack. This is ridiculous.

I am unable to save my game or save things to the gallery. Every time I try to, there’s a pop up that’s says “The game failed to save. Error Code: 21.” I’m not sure what to do or what’s the reason behind this error. I play on console.

Are you seeing this error with other households as well, and on a brand new save file? 

I play the Sims 4 on xbox and recently i haven’t been able to save anything to my save files, it keeps saying error 34 then when i go to the main menu the whole family is gone. This keeps happening with multiple save slots/households, it makes the game unplayable. I have tried restarting my xbox multiple times, clearing the cache, basically doing everything google said to do but nothing is fixing this. I would appreciate if EA could fix this issue immediately because there is no reason this should be happening. I don’t download mods or anything, and I always properly turn the game off so I don’t know why this issue is happening and there is nothing that can be done to prevent this from what I know. These households I have took many months of work and much money spent on the game but if I can’t save any of the work I do, there is no point in playing the game anymore. EA, please fix this.

This error did occur on a brand new save file. I don’t have my save files for long because they tend to get corrupted, which is another issue I have frequently. So the error occurred after I made a brand new save file after the other one disappeared/corrupted.

I have been having this same problem for a couple months now, error 0 happened alot then it was this other error code and now this one, it would completely wipe my save files from existence.  Obviously on console we cant have mods or custom content so its silly. My game is and system are up to date and on wifi every time. I swear we use to have cloud but now we dont. Whats going on?

Same as the commenters above. New file. Deleted any houses I had saved to my library. Game is unplayable. Useless. Over $2k spent on every expansion pack, kit, and stuff pack.

New save files. Took my family out of the library and played them in a new game and it KEEPS happening. Erased all of the houses I built from my library. Started over with everything except the sims I created. I’ve tried everything. I’ll remodel an entire house. They get married and I try to save and boom error code 34. I’ll exit and save it that way and the next day log in and my whole file is gone. Ever since this new expansion pack update came out.

Game is unplayable. Error code 34 on new save files.
