Saving keeps showing up as error code 21. Had a bunch of error code 0s before but this new error code has just started after the new update. Can't save the game at all, even with a lot of storage, internet connection and etc. I try to use a new save file just in case so it's not anything with trying to overwrite. I tried playing the game offline too just to see if it would save but no-go.
Gallery also won't show, only items from my library even after checking internet connection. I've tried pretty much everything short of uninstalling and reinstalling.
Game also crashes when Sims try to to travel to different worlds.
Yes this also happened to me!! I play on xbox one and sims is the only game i play on it so i still have lots of storage space as well. I hope this issue gets fixed soon and we’re able to recover our lost save!
