[XB/PS] Error Code when saving

Can you escalate this issue? It’s game breaking. Theres no point in playing if we can’t save and auto save is broken. Everytime I start up the game, it takes me to my last game session from a week ago. Even trying to create a new character, playing different households won’t work. There’s no workaround for this. The only reason I didn’t purchase more DLCs is because of this 

New save, this is my second day playing it for a few hours and I got Code 21 this time. Im playing a house that's mostly base game, I did add a residential business but the game saved with that. I did just enroll my sim in university and tried to save after so thats most likely the trigger this time. I didnt even move her out for it.

I’m on Xbox, so this not just a PC issue.  this is what happens as soon as my sim tries to travel. This may be related to Autosave/save but I commented on in another thread . I only have one save file, one household, and ~400gb of space. By travel, I mean going anywhere other than my household and neighborhood with my SIM. Cant go on dates, move my household, even participate in the Detective career path. No festivals, or leaving the area at all. The only time it works is when another sim calls and asks my sim to see the opera. If there isn’t a loading screen, the issue doesn’t occur

issues with travelling and loading screens are very individual. Since you're op was mostly about the known console save game error, I merged your thread (this thread needs info, please see the post by the CM to see what info is needed).

 Is that the only error you're getting ? Does the game save on console when you travel ? I don't know much about the console version unfortunately.

the game doesn’t save or autosave at all. Including when traveling. Traveling with or without sims, attempting to move my household in manage worlds or through the sims phone sends me to neighborhood menus you saw in my screenshot -then the save error codes show up. 

It won’t allow me create a new save. Overwriting a save doesn’t work.  I have 1 save file and 1 autosave file. If I delete the save file and attempt to save, the new files gets created, but the older autosave seems to overwrite the newer save. Im still loading up my autosave file from weeks ago regardless if I choose the save file or the autosave file when loading the game. 

I’ve gotten the following in game error codes. Microsoft error code stays the same.

Tried to save save my game and an error code popped up. Still can't save it, I don't know what to do. Please fix. 

So I was finally able to play and tentatively save with little bugs or crashes - for all of two weeks. New update woohoo'd my game again and I return to let y'all know that Error 21 has come by like a townie that won't leave and is bathing in my house.

Once again am unable to save and my game crashes when traveling out to an event! @EA help

I’ve wrote about this topic before and still have yet to see a solution for this, but it’s become so unplayable that it’s frustrating. Every time I save my game it gives me an Error code of 34 and then when i try to refresh it deletes the save so i cannot get back into it. I also had started a new save to see if it was just because my older saves were so laggy, but it still occurred in the new save. I can’t even go a few minutes into the new save without it crashing. All i could do was place a sim, I couldn’t place a house or move lots because it would crash and if i try to save it, it gives me the same error code. I play on Xbox one and i’ve had this issue for 2 months now. I have all packs installed (except for a few kit packs) but if anyone has any advice or solution to how I can get this fixed please let me know asap!
