[XB/PS] Error Code when saving

This has been happening to me once in a while for the last couple of months (I don't remember which patch it started with). Not every time I save, but it's so disheartening when all my progress just crashes. I'm on PS5.

Note: this is different than the usual crashing upon travel that's been happening on and off for years (which usually auto-saves in the process so while annoying, is not as game-breaking). The crashing when saving completely destroys all progress made in that session.

I found a solution for error codes 22 on xbox. This doesn’t seem to be a bug on EAs side. Turns out another game on my Xbox (call of duty) had a ridiculous amount of reserved space saved (like 400 gb for some reason). I deleted it from my Xbox and I’m now able to finally save my game and travel without crashing. on Xbox:go to My games & Apps/see all/  Then for each game you have installed: manage game/saved data. if reserved space is large (double digit GB range in my opinion) delete it and try again. 

xbox s error save code 34 I have been playing for almost a year on my xbox s I played on xbox one but it was so laggy so i bought a xbox s just to play the sims 4 i have no other games and bought every single lot dlc packs ect… I started having issues with sims turning midnight black that had tattoos from business and hobbies and then crashing in mid play loosing all my progress so i started saving like every 20 mins then like about two weeks ago my saves were all gone i also noticed the photos my sims took family photos selfies and stuff turned black i sold them all but like now i tried to start a new save and it gives me error 34 now and i can’t play the game at all cause it doesn’t save any of my progress i don’t know what to do i am unfortunately on hospice and i can’t walk and it’s the only thing i do for fun and almost a year of my legacy sims family’s are all gone and i can even save a new save and i looked up things online about restoring saves and there’s no option on my game for that and also I spent so much money and bought everything and right before this happened i logged on and it said i needed to download all the content and i clicked yes and then it downloaded when it already was so confusing 🫤 I did adopt a pet after the game basically took my saves a way i did have older saves from may there are 4 left but they won’t save either I had so many issues after the patches in my game and now it’s not playable cause i can’t save any progress it says error 34 when i try to save my game please help me please someone help please 🙏  also first it was error 21 now it’s error 34 and i cannot save anything any progress anything even on new save file it also says i have reserved space 1.0 gb and on my gamer tag it’s 90.0mb and i only play the sims 4

I play on Xbox and my save files keep getting corrupted, automatically deleted, and the message Error 34 keeps popping up. This has been going on for a little over a year now. I went through over 5 save files during this time. I thought that I had figured out the issue being I just cannot take photos in game with the camera or phone as I had seen a previous thread saying this and it seemed to have worked for a while or so I thought. I had seen another thread from one of the Community Simmers saying it’s because the xbox doesn’t have enough room to save this but this is the only game on my Xbox and it doesn’t even take up 15% of the storage? I tried deleting almost everything from my library and it hasn’t helped. It seems like this happens around new pack releases but I’m not sure. If anyone has a fix for this I would really appreciate it !

I'm on xbox I've lost 2 save files due to error code 34 it'll stop saving and itll completely delete my save file or progress. It wasn't happening until after the last update, I'd appreciate if it gets fixed ASAP. I've lost all progress even if I start a new save file eventually it does it again. Can that please be fixed??? I've spent my hard earned money, I'd like to enjoy my game please and thank you.

I thought it was fixed with the last update to the update and HERE WE ARE AGAIN. I deleted my whole gallery and started over. It was fine for the last month and now error code 34 then 21, then 34 again. My whole save disappeared AGAIN after I had just rebuilt my multigenerational sims family. 
I’ve spent thousands on EVERY SINGLE pack. This is infuriating. My whole save file disappeared and when I restarted my console the file was there again. I just KNOW the next time I log in tomorrow - it’ll be gone.

FIX THE PROBLEM OR REFUND THE MONEY.

We play no other games on our Xbox. Still get error codes 34 and 21.

Error codes 34 and 21 showed up on my new save file and it disappeared AGAIN tonight after 2 months of building up this multigenerational family AGAIN. I’m so done with Sims.

Error code 34 and 21 are back smh. FIX THIS ISSUE ALREADY, this is ridiculous. And this is on my new save file. It was fine for a few weeks and now it’s back to unplayable. Do you see how many people are having this issue? 

I just bought a small business and when I try save my game after buying the small business I get: The game failed to save. Error Code 13.

I play of Playstation 5. And I have made so much progress with my forever world, I hope this hasn't corrupted my save file!! Please help!
