[XB/PS] Error Code when saving

I'm having similar issue except no error code! The game just pulls up the oldest version saved on this device (PS5) from the transfer from PS4 so the past year saves are all gone! 

What's weird is all saves and their respective backups all open the same version of the game! 

This has been happening to me as well. It deletes my save causing me to have to go back to an older save and try to progress back to where I was. Then when I start the next day play a minute try to save then the error code 0 pops up. This has been going on for months now

I’m beyond angry that this is still happening! I’ve done everything I could have possibly done like clearing cache and deleting a bunch of old save files from my library and it still won’t save. This has been happening for 4 months now and I still can’t play my game. Why is nothing being done about this ?

I’m having the same issue. I made a small business, it ran normally until the owner died. I had a new sims buy and re-register the business (they live on a different lot), but when then I tried to save and got error 13. I tried making my sim go home and tried saving again and again got error 13.

So I went to manage worlds, I loaded into a different household, and then saved. This time the save worked, and I assumed it had saved all progress up to that point, since I only went to manage worlds, but I didn’t back out to the main menu (and iv done this work around before with success). 

However, after successfully saving, I had this current household visit the small business in question and it had erased all progress. The business was once again owner-less and needed to be registered again. Wtf. 

We shouldn’t have to do backflips to get the game to function properly, especially when the small businesses are causing the game not to save. Fix. The. Game. We paid good money for these packs and we can’t even save progress. 

Happening to me too this is not "solved" I play on PS4 and I built my small business/home myself, it was not downloaded from the gallery. I get this error code 13 issue when trying to save maybe 50% of the time. It happens intermittently, but it is VERY annoying. Hours of game play end up wiped because of this. Please address this issue. 

I recently started playing with small businesses and before the recent update for Adventure Awaits I never had this error. But now I'm in a new save file and I can't even save it once I've registered my business. 😠

Trying to play the game after 2 months bc of the constant crashing. Made a new save file that crashed after 20m of playtime with error code 34, i did try to save it over a save file that was corrupted so that could have contributed. So I deleted that save all together, started fresh and as soon as I bought a home for my new sims I tried to save and was hit with error code 21. Didn't even get to actually play anything, coded as soon as they got into the world. So the crashing has gotten to the point where I can't even play the game, there's no point if nothing will be saved.

I was having this exact issue for at least a week! Ever since I installed Adventure Awaits. I also think I installed a corrupt file from the gallery because I kept receiving error code 34 when trying save my game. I lost all of my save files except for one!! I saved anything important to me to the gallery (my library) after that my son uninstalled everything then reinstalled all my packs. All seems to be working smoother right now.

This is the second time this has happened to me. I’m just playing sims and saving regularly and it all seems fine until it says it can’t save because of error code : 34. 

I can’t start from where I last saved. It just makes me start a new game. 

This is EXTREMELY vital to fix this as soon as possible! It makes playing the game absolutely IMPOSSIBLE.

Please do something about this!! Or give me a refund on all or at least the last expansion pack that I bought (cottage living) that seems to have started this.

The date is 10.15.25 and I am having the same issue. I have spent hours building a small business "bed and breakfast". I have saved the game multiple times and I had no issues saving until I went to open the business and then I'm getting and error code 13. I built the lot from scratch and I don't have any mods installed on my computer for sims. Its super frustrating not being able tom play the game the way its intended to be played. I wish EA would do better about the quality of their packs and content rather than the quantity...ugh. Any ways I cam fix this on my end?? Or will I have to wait months for a fix?
