[XB/PS] Error Code when saving

Hey, just letting you know that if it shows up as a save file error, it means that the file hasn't saved at all. That's the issue that I've been having, which is why I create a new save file every time and just delete the excess. One time an error code corrupted the whole shindig and years of pictures my Sims had taken (weddings, family events, etc.) were just gone. If and when this issue is resolved, I would encourage everyone to do the same. I still have a save file from before the update messed things up and I think that's the only reason I'm still sane.

I am so beyond annoyed. I started a new save file at the beginning of this year and now it's gone! I went to save one day last week and got the error code 34 and when I went to reload my game it was gone! When I decided to cut my loss and start a new save file yesterday I got the same issue when I went to save after playing today! I am so done. The game is literally unplayable and im terrified to play with any of my older save files incase I loose them. This is something that need to be fixed ASAP!! I play on the Xbox one S btw.

I've been to scared to play my multigenerational family saves for months since 1 got wiped with code 0. I'm currently playing kinda of a throw away save just to be able to play. Code 34 wiped that save a couple weeks ago after i played it for a couple days, sucks but ok. Made a new save few days ago, currently am about to finish the strangerville aspiration when I just got hit with code 34 again. I just had my sim take some selfies for the first time right before saving so I think that might be where the corruption could be coming from. I deleted the photos but ig its too late.I play on Xbox, I have over 400 gb of storage, im connected to the internet I have no idea as to why i could have corruption other than the game doing it its self. Im so irritated I dont even want to play.

Once again code 34 wiped out a save. For like 2-3 weeks I've been making/playing a new save bc code 34 ends up wiping it out anyway so I don't want to risk any of the saves I care about. This is the third attempt of playing a new save, this time code 34 wiped it after 5 hours of me playing it instead of giving me the usual 2-4 days. What is going on?

It's been about a month and my reported issues still haven't been resolved, with the exception of connecting to the gallery. I can't build lots/skills/Sims relationships if it all resets to the last save point. It's incredibly frustrating testing everyday if the game will actually save, only to get Error 21 again and again. I sent my game files almost a week ago. I know many other console users are still experiencing this. 
How is it that a single update has managed to disable our games and how is it that the people who don't have mods or anything not provided by EA are the ones experiencing this issue? Please resolve this soon, playing without being unable to save progress just makes the game pointless.

I’M BEYOND angry. 2 YEARS of a multigenerational family GONE. My save is GONE. And when I try to play those families from my library and start a new game I can’t save them. My daughter’s old saves? Can’t play them. She has 2 saves - one family on each so not big files. I had one save. GONE. This new pack/update RUINED my game. I have EVERY expansion pack, stuff pack, and kit pack. $2k down the drain. THIS IS A HUGE PROBLEM - saves disappearing?!?!? Makes the game UNPLAYABLE. DO SOMETHING
