[XB/PS] Not being able to scroll/select in CAS

I also can not scroll down the long hair, hats, jackets, boots, and Tank tops. I play on xbox next gen, getting a bit sick now of every time there being new update something else brakes it's becoming a bit of a joke. 😡

Whenever I press the touchpad button, it always reverts back to the cursor not being there on the gallery page too. it's so so so annoying 😭 

Tops can't be chosen in the catalog menu.  Eyebrows also cant be chosen.  Other features could also be down.

Same here! I tried to make a new Sim, but when I went to dress them, the controller wouldn't move, and I couldn't change any outfits, which sucks 'cause I really wanted to play this new fix, but I guess we'll just have to wait for a fix.

Experiencing the same on PS5! I hoped for today’s update to patch up some of the technical issues, but now it’s even more unplayable. I’m so disappointed 💔

I have a PS5 and with the new update I noticed that when I try to change an item for a sim to wear my cursor disappears. I can’t move anything to highlight something to click and wear. However after some time moving my joystick it comes back but when I change the hair, I can only change the hair color and not the hairstyle? It just disappears and I can’t change the hairstyle. I’ve also seen multiple console players have this weird disappearing cursor issue in CAS.

this is happening to me with eye shapes and it’s driving me insane 

this is also happening on Xbox smh and I don't even know how to layer cuz it's not even showing me the options. also we supposedly got a bunch of new hair and stuff but I don't see any of it. I don't know where to complain about this because I'm not real familiar with this website. I'm just a Sims player I have been for years lol

I’m a PS5 user and I’m having the same issue. Unable to scroll through hair, piercings, full body outfits, finger nails, shoes.
