So I got an email saying someone had made, and verified, this account using my current email address, naturally I made sure to change the password to this account and all its information, but... I don't understand the motive? Were they waiting for me to log in so they could get my details on the off chance I didn't change the password? To be clear, I did not make this account, it was made using my email and I'm just trying to stay logged in till I know what's going on. I'm not sure what to do about it, are there any other security measures I should be taking here? It's not like they had access to my payment methods or anything, I'm really baffled and concerned. I also changed the password for my email of course, it did scare me that they managed to verify the account somehow, but there's no new logins detected on gmail so I have no idea what's going on. Also if it matters, the email address I received all this info from was mailto:EA@e.ea.com, I wasn't sure if it was legit so I made sure to only log into the website itself, wasn't gonna risk falling for a phishing scam. So yeah, any advice? Should I be worried, should I be doing something else? I appreciate any and all help.15KViews15likes61CommentsBanned - Stuck in loop - Not showing on help pages
Edit: For all the keyboard warriors that I see around the forum, save yourself some finger-pain and leave this thread. I posted this because I clearly can't appeal, and the ban is invalid. Thanks. Edit 2: For anyone unable to appeal, please scroll to the bottom of this thread. I am at a loss for words. I purchased the game yesterday, to preload it and to play it today. Only to find that I am, just like a tonne of other people, stuck in a bug because of the game content not being recognized. I tried to play one or two games via the community and ended up leaving because I got stuck in a spawn trap. Coming back later in hopes the game would get fixed, and I can play with my friends. About an hour later, I get an e-mail that I am suspended?? Trying to launch the game, I see this; I follow the "ban history" / "Penalty history" link to find out what in the world is going on, and I am brought to a page that says this???: And then when following the "webform" that is linked on their ban appeal page, FAQ and this forum Ban info from this forum, it brings me to a generic FAQ help page where it redirects me back to the ban history tool where it shows no ban! : In other words, I am stuck in a loop, haven't played 1 minute of the actual game and can't appeal. For the love of god, help me! I want to play the game! Edit 2: Hi Guys, User Gripen888 found a way to appeal, even if the ban doesn't show in the penalty-history. Go the the EA help pages and make sure to log-out or clear cookies. Then use the "Continue as a guest" option. https://help.ea.com/en/customer-care/ You can then go through the motions of filling in the form, as usual, appealing the ban. From there, a new option "Contact us via email" will pop up. Press this, and you will get a notification regarding your case being opened.9.4KViews47likes172Comments[GUIDE] EA Account Help: Banned Account

Hey, I had my account since 2010 so my dad had set up the account in my name but the email he used got deleted years ago without my knowledge. The email was only used for EA and I realised only recently that the email address got deleted. I cannot add a secondary email or change the primary email because it keeps sending a verification code to the email to which I dont have access to. I dont have any other way of adding another method of verification because of this issue. I cannot log into the EA account normally and i need this fixed ASAP. Any thoughts? Hello, We just bought a new PS5 Pro. My husband usually plays FC25 on PC, and he got the PS5 Pro to play FC26. We’re planning to get an EA Play subscription to play games together, but he mentioned that if he links his current EA account (the one he uses for FC25 on PC), he might lose his existing data. So we’re not going to connect his EA account until he switches to FC26. In the meantime, can I link my own EA account to the PS5, get a 1-month EA Play subscription, and then switch to his EA account later when we’re ready? Is it possible to change the EA account on the PS5 after some time? Also, when we get EA Play, are games like It Takes Two, The Sims 4, and FC26 available for free? We're completely new to PlayStation, so I wanted to ask.Solved4KViews0likes3Comments[GUIDE] EA Account Help: Disabled Account
Trying to log into your game but getting a message that your platform account is linked to an email ending with @disabled.ea.com? This means your EA account has expired and has been disabled, usually because of inactivity. To fix it, find the right email you used for that EA account and reset your password. Once you do, your email will replace the @disabled.ea.com one, and you’ll get access again. If you don’t know the email or can’t access it anymore, contact EA Support. They can help you find your account or unlink your platform so you can connect it to a new EA account.3.9KViews3likes0CommentsEnter a valid id
My name on any game and any platform has been tsukimars, tsukimarz or tsukimarsz. And this keeps telling me to enter a valid ID when I do tsukimarz or tsukimarsz, as well as my nickname says it’s a prohibited character or word.. which makes no sense. Because tsuki in Japanese literally means moon and marsz is my last name. But i can use tsukimars but its taken, even though it’s not.. so i would just like someone to tell me why or how to fix it please.Solved3.9KViews1like9CommentsCant log in to EA account. Hi EA Support, I'm writing to get help with a Transfer Market ban on my FC 26 PS5 account. I received an email from EA stating that I’ve been banned from the transfer market, but when I check my EA account status online, it shows no active ban or restriction. This contradiction is confusing, and I'm unsure what actions (if any) triggered this. For the record, I have never used third-party services to buy coins or break any of EA’s rules. I’ve spent a lot of time grinding the game legitimately. I kindly ask for a manual review of my account to clear up this situation. I believe this restriction may have been applied incorrectly. Thank you for your time and I truly hope to get this resolved soon so I can continue enjoying Ultimate Team.Solved3.1KViews4likes14Comments
