Samsung S22+ | Game is unplayable
Hi CG_Meathead Can you please make your devs aware that, since the update, the game just became unplayable on the Samsung S22+ (not so old of a phone). The issues I am experiencing are: - Load time on the LucasFilms & Disney screen just stays there for ages - Game closes itself - Lag when changing screens - But the absolute worse one is, my phone just becomes way to hot near the front camera, and I mean really really hot. Downloaded CPU-Z that reports that the battery goes up to 42 Celsius after being 1 or 2 minutes with the game open but the Thermal sensor went to a ridiculous 60 Celsius. What has been tried so far: - Clear the game cahe, result: no change. - Reinstalled the game, result: no change. - Cleared the phone cache, result: no change. This behaviour only started after the update that was in the Play Store, so it must be related to the game and not to the phone. Needless to say that such high temps can cause serious injuries to myself and the ones around me as something may happen to the battery and is definitely not healthy for the phone either. Just in case it is important: - CPU is an Exynos 2200. - 40GB of free space still - 3GB of free memory when I open the game. One last thing, I have the game also installed in another Samsung XCover6 Pro and all the above do not happen on that phone. If you happen to read this, thank you. Fulcrum TW-omicron not working correctly?
Went against palpatine+omi-mara, omi-Juhani, starkiller and visass in TW with my omi-Fulcrum. On the first turn I was able to ignore taunt as stated in the omi-unique ability but the following turns I was stuck behind Juhani's taunt. Palpatine team did not have a datacron. Bug or am I not understanding something?
Belgian players being screwed over
Hello all (and hopefully also CG), For over a year now, us Belgian players have been at a disadvantage due to 'anti gambling laws'. At first daily webstore chests didnt appear anymore, then all sorts of things such as a character packs, ... Pretty much anything that involves chance is considered gambling and is removed in game in Belgium (without CG letting anybody know btw, we players just had to figure it out ourselves). For a few months, a VPN worked as a workaround and thus, while inconvenient, we still could acces everything we needed. However, since a few months, VPNs do NOT work anymore for a few things. Character packs still appear, but the biggest blow is Relic material packs (for 500 crystals) not showing up anymore. I am sure a LOT of players relied on these heavily for Relic mats such as CCBs. It's really frustrating because this is simply a disadvantage that we can do nothing about. I know CG is just complying with Belgian laws, but they never communicated anything and it's just really annoying. If ANY workaround is possible, please let me and the community know. Even a "non-gambling" alternative to the packs like a guaranteed drop (with the original packs still giving a chance at better value) would go such a long way. I really hope someone can do something about this because a lot of our accounts are being hurt by this massively. Kind regards, Voetie
