Hello EA Team, I encountered a problem in the A Nation’s Story: Japan event trivia. The question “Which Japanese player was named MVP of the 2000 AFC Asian Cup?” is missing the correct answer option. The right answer is Hidetoshi Nakata, but the only options shown are Hiroshi Nanami, Shunsuke Nakamura, Keisuke Honda, and Shinji Kagawa. Unable to log in on Google Play. I receive a message stating "Connection Lost. Your session has expired. Either another device has logged into this account, or it has been over 24 hours since you last logged in." Unable to submit any tickets to request for a fix. Всех приветствую. Напишу очередной пост про эту ошибку, которую в последнее время очень часто встречаю на различных форумах, в чатиках и соответственно в игре. Сам с данной вишней столкнулся пару дней назад, накануне глобальной обновы райвалс. за день до этого все прекрасно работало с хорошим пингом, и равная игра, и режим тренера. Что случилось далее? В один момент буквально каждый запуск равной/тренера стала появляться эта ошибка, в меню висит пинг 999мс. Работает только вса (даже если в меню рисуют огромный пинг - в самой катке становится адекватным), сбоев вообще не наблюдаю. Вопрос, что могло случиться за эти дни и что теперь предпринимать? Чего ожидать? Перепробовал всевозможные способы, перезагрузка роутера (дело не в интернете, скорость идеальная), переустановка игры, чистка кэша, графика на энергосбережении. Заходит только с ВПН, но, пинг в таком случае колеблется от 150 до 300, играть с таким разумеется крайне тяжело. Единственное что в голову приходит — возможно серверы перекинули на новую локацию и часть игроков перестало к ним коннектить. В ином случае я уже не знаю что делать. Yesterday I updated the game and played a division rival match then the game crashed and when I tried to relogin it stuck in the loading screen, I checked my internet connection, it was absolutely fine, i tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game twice but i am facing the same issue, I waited for an hour just watching the loading screen in hope that it will go through to the game but it didn't, and when i searched it i found that there are a lot people who are facing this problem, and i hope you'll fix it quickly.Solved6.5KViews117likes486CommentsLost Access to Main SWGOH Account – Game Launches New Account
I’m experiencing a serious issue with my Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes account. After a recent login, the game opened a new, empty account, instead of my original one. My original account had: - Above 12 million Galactic Power - All Galactic Legends, each at Relic 7 or higher - Kyber 3 in Grand Arena Championships - Multiple fully relic’d squads and years of consistent progress Last successful login: Around 12:00 PM (EET / Eastern European Time), today Platform: Android Device model: Samsung GalaxyS20FE Linked account method: Google Play / Facebook What I’ve already tried: - Reinstalled the game - Cleared app cache and data Reached out to EA Help but haven’t received a response yet This account represents years of work and investment, and I would greatly appreciate help in recovering it as soon as possible.
