Unable to log in on Google Play. I receive a message stating "Connection Lost. Your session has expired. Either another device has logged into this account, or it has been over 24 hours since you last logged in." Unable to submit any tickets to request for a fix. Hi, I haven't been able to login for 24 hours now. I've deleted the cache, deleted the game and reinstalled 10 times but it keeps telling me the session is expired and I need to reload. After the reload, the same issue. I've also tried a possible solution provided as playing as a guest and finishing the tutorial and after that importing your real account. Gives me the same session expired BS. This is taking too long and is really annoying. I'm going to miss out on a full day of daily rewards and energy... Would really like a solution and compensation. I’m experiencing a serious issue with my Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes account. After a recent login, the game opened a new, empty account, instead of my original one. My original account had: - Above 12 million Galactic Power - All Galactic Legends, each at Relic 7 or higher - Kyber 3 in Grand Arena Championships - Multiple fully relic’d squads and years of consistent progress Last successful login: Around 12:00 PM (EET / Eastern European Time), today Platform: Android Device model: Samsung GalaxyS20FE Linked account method: Google Play / Facebook What I’ve already tried: - Reinstalled the game - Cleared app cache and data Reached out to EA Help but haven’t received a response yet This account represents years of work and investment, and I would greatly appreciate help in recovering it as soon as possible.
