just wanna preface this by saying this is my 5th or 6th time posting something similar to this forum, accross a couple different account. Honestly, if this doesnt get solved I might just give up. anyway, my ea account got hacked a couple months ago, and when it got hacked, the hacker switched up the email ascociated with my ea acount, which, in turn, screwed up the link to my mobile game. Because of this i cant play on the ea pc client anymore, and only on emulated android such as bluestacks. whenever i try to use the unlink button i get error code 9. EA support and mobile in-game suppor thave been completely unhelpful. I might honestly quit the game if this doesnt get solved. In May, an in-game event sold train cards SuperSim E5. One of the weeks there was a bug in the game where random cards. Many players wrote to support and these cards were returned to them quickly. I have been writing for 3 months. Support refuses to solve the issue, refuses to understand the situation. All screenshots are attached to them. I wait a very long time for an answer (more than 72 hours) and receive a template answer. Why? Why does support not care about players? Why do they not know the word loyalty?
