Minha conta está EA com problemas de sincronização e verificação de idade
Troquei a minha conta da EA pela conta do Facebook. Depois disso, uma bolinha de carregamento começou a aparecer e desaparecer constantemente na tela. Ela aparece até durante as partidas e, quando a partida termina, volta a aparecer. Enquanto isso acontece, o jogo trava completamente e não consigo tocar em nada. Quando a bolinha desaparece, o jogo volta ao normal, mas alguns segundos depois ela aparece novamente. Isso acontece repetidamente. Além disso, também aparece a mensagem de verificação de idade necessária. Abaixo da mensagem existe o botão "Iniciar", mas quando eu clico nele não acontece nada, então não consigo concluir a verificação de idade. Poderiam, por favor, verificar e resolver esse problema? Featured menu is not working
Hello EA Support, I'm experiencing an issue with FC Mobile. Since yesterday, the Featured menu has stopped working. When I tap on it, it shows the message: "No Popups Available Now. Sorry, there are no popups available for now. Please try again later." The Store is working normally, and my internet connection is fine. I have already: Restarted the game Restarted my phone Updated the game to the latest version Cleared the game cache The issue still persists.
