Broken PvZ Heroes server
Since PvZ Heroes stopped being updated, the game's online servers have stopped working properly when the game is in languages other than English. I am Brazilian, and when I try to play multiplayer, it simply gives a connection error or doesn't find a match. However, as I said before, if I change the language on my phone to English and consequently in the game, it works normally, meaning it's a problem/bug with the servers. Examples attached: . This problem is very significant because it makes multiplayer useless for any player who doesn't speak English, and it's extremely tiring to have to change the phone's language to play. The game has been updated again, we have a new ranked mode, but even so, these serious problems persist... Even though it's not necessary, my phone is a Samsung S25, a good recent phone, reinforcing that the problem is in the game itself. Please look into this and fix it as soon as possible, you are losing many players!
EASHL logo isn't showing up in club customization
My team has grinded to unlock the tiki mask logo (shows up as logo #108 in our club bag), but it's not there at all. It's been hours since we've played, and it's not in our newly acquired section or general custom logos, and a different dragon logo we have is labelled as #108 instead. We were curious if there is anything that can be done about this, because the tiki mask logo is really important to us. Thanks in advance!
EA app is censoring literally EVERYTHING. Please help
I don't know what's going on, but my EA app appears to be completely broken, perhaps I have a penalty on my account but as far as I know I do not because I already checked for that. This started happening a few days ago. I was beginning to type to my friend, when all of sudden, every message and word I was sending was coming out as a "### ##### ### #####" literally every single time. I asked "How was your day today?" and it censored that. It's literally censoring everything I type and nobody can understand what I'm saying unless I type them over discord. I've never seen this before. I knew EA was garbage, but I didn't think they would have such an insane filter that would completely act on it's own and just blindly silence everything I would say... This is a serious issue, and as far as I can tell, my friends are not having this problem. So what is going on? I'm going to submit a ticket and hope I can some answers, but feel free to help me out here because I'm tried re-installing, checking penalties and even clearing the cache, and nothing is working... I played a game of Turf Takeover where a player on the plants team wearing a Super Brainz skin, along with all characters randomly changing from their current Plant/Zombie to instead be Captain Deadbeards and Cactus. At some point I lost control of my charracter temporarily, after which I immediately left the game and suffered no issues in my Backyard. Please fix the anticheat, thank you.Temu ad please fix.
The Temu ad in the game is not functioning correctly. When the ad appears, it forces me to the Google Play Store and will not allow me to close it or return to the game. It just bounces between the ad and the play store. Because of this, it’s hit or miss whether I actually receive the reward for watching the ad. This is happening repeatedly and is very frustrating. I don't even want to click on the ad anymore.Please fix this ad or remove it from my rotation.Broken rosters
Starting a be a pro career breaks the selected default EA roster, not just custom rosters but rosters in general, started a be a pro career with the Oct EA roster, only to get to the nhl to find rosters are still broken, after starting a be a pro career go to active rosters and see 0 selected active rosters, attempting to select the roster you had active when starting a be a pro career prompts you to redownload that roster
