Merge Academy - Lost Energy when claiming bonuses
For days now I have noticed that I lost my 100 energy when claiming my bonuses. I have managed a work around by playing the game - using my 100 energy first - then when I am at zero claiming my bonuses. That worked until today when I got a phone call in between playing and claiming. I had 9 energy when I claimed and watched them disappear. Serious bug - especially if a challenge is coming next week.Merge Academy
The game is glitching when you try to choose energy or coins for your bi-daily rewwards. Once you choose, it tells you it cannot complete the purchase and to reload. It loops on that after that. There is also something happening with the energy. Several days last week the energy did not refresh and the game could not be played unless I wanted to spend coins to add energy. Why is it, that at least monthly there is a major issue with Merge Academy, I spend a boat load of my REAL money on gems to be able to play when my energy is gone, which frankly is sooooo wrong, I already have a subscription where I should be allowed to play as much as I want!! But every time I post a complaint, like being ROBBED of my energy, NOBODY ever gets back to me, my energy is never returned, nor my gems. And now I see I have been automatically charged for a full other year of club pogo, and for what? So you can STEAL more money! I am contacting the FCC about this matter TODAY! so you greedy people can deal with them from now on.Solitaire Home Story stuck in Area 2
his morning I found that I’m stuck in Area 2. When I select another area, it won’t switch. It’s now impossible to complete any tasks that are in a different area. I was working in Area 3. Anyone else having problems? I tried deleting all cookie data for Pogo, closing Firefox version 115.23.0esr (64-bit), and then logging back into EA. Still same result that I cannot move out of Area 2. Sigh!Two of my Rare Gems won't load. Saying unavailable
Since they're not loading I can't use them. I keep accruing them but can't use them. I've been playing this game Bejeweled Blitz for maybe 15 years and have never had anything like this happen. It's been 3 or 4 days and really frustrated. One of the gems is my favorite. Please fixNot Receiving Infinite Lives
For a while now I haven’t been able to receive infinite lives on bejeweled stars in any way. The Easter event that’s going on right now is giving 2 hours infinite lives and i get nothing! I tried reaching out to the tech support chat but they said they hadn’t heard of such a thing happening to anyone else. THOUGH, one day a few weeks ago I opened up the game and there was a message stating a lot of players were experiencing the same issue and they gave coins as a sort of compensation. has anyone been able to fix this?? The EA chat said there were no bugs in the game at the moment. I play on iOS.
