Lost Battlefield 4 Premium/Add-ons After Account Recovery
Hello EA Community, My EA account was stolen on July 20, 2025, and after contacting around 15–16 different support representatives over two months, I finally managed to recover it. However, when I logged into Battlefield 4, I realized that all my add-ons, DLCs, and Premium content were missing. On October 19, 2025, at 10:10 PM, I spoke with another support representative, but I was told that since more than one month had passed, there was nothing they could do. Shop bugged when purchasing.
When I was looking at the shop items it just bought the item instead of letting me look at it. I lost a bunch of san van bucks. You usually have to hold purchased when buying an item from the shop but when i clicked on it once it just bought it instead???? How do i get a refund for this? I have video proof of this happening. Same thing also happened with the tix.Players will not skate forward
Recently I have an issue where the players will not skate forward they just glide. In a shootout they will not move at all. I tried everything from recalibration, updates and it didn't help. I have two controllers and this issue is with both controllers. My system is a little over a year old. I been losing a lot of game due to this issue. I’m trying to leave a club in World of Chel but I get an error code everytime. I guess it might have something to do with me being the club creator. There are other members in the current club and I’d like to switch to a different club but it’s not possible because of this error. I hope this will be fixed ASAP. Thank you!Tri-Towers
In the skater eyes - open your eyes challenge at the tri-towers where you have to complete the two crew challenges i have done them both perfectly and it keeps saying i have only done 1/ 2 and wont let me move on to any more challenges. Daily and weekly task not counting progress AGAIN
Yesterday, my daily tasks weren't working, and they're still not working today. It's been two days in a row, and I can see that the bug is going to stay and mess up all my daily and weekly tasks from now on. I'm on PC/Steam and I've read more people having the same problem. I think they should at least compensate the players who are experiencing these bugs by giving them a good amount of pass tickets (or whatever is called this sh*t). Having a purchased pass and not even being able to complete it, thank you EA -.-
