Career Mode Player Fitness Bug
Using Newcastle in my first EAFC24 manager career save. Got through most of the year with no issues using the new training plans system. For the last like 10 games or so of the season, I noticed Harvey Barnes was not recovering fitness. He was on the balanced plan, no injuries. I benched him for 3 or 4 games in a row, was only recovering a handful of fitness points a week even when switching his training plan to all out energy. Now of course he's upset for missing games because I was only able to play him in loke 2 of the last 10 games. Is there a fix for this? Or will I be stuck selling Barnes and moving on, hoping it doesn't happen again to other players?
EA FC 24 Created Players in Career mode issue
I created players in game settings and added them in the teams etc., but when I played like a 1 year of the career thy changed appearance, position, rating, etc. and if I want to search for them it shows me two different players wtih the same appearance, but when I click on one it shows me nothing. How can I fix/prevent the player to get changed (appearance, etc.) and have there only the correct one ?
The game crashes when trying to renew the contract in player career mode.
I've played until the end of the season, got the option to renew the contract, I sign, but when the loading screen for the new season appears the game freezes and crashes. I reloaded the save countless times with the same outcome, it crashed every time. Literally unplayable...
Unable to Sprint in Career Mode Matches

Career Mode Which part of the mode? Player Career How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? How would I know? It’s your job to find out what’s going on, or why. It was your job in the first place to make sure these things rarely happen. What happens when the bug occurs? I get angry and feel the sudden urge to be violent and destructive. Wait, you mean in the game? Same. What should be happening instead? Normal gameplay. I thought I’d never get to say this, but this is worse than FC 24. At least 24’s basic functionalities were functioning. How do you expect me to play this game and to experience all of those your sugar-coated advertisement of exaggerated copy-and-pasted nonsense when the most basic stuff isn’t working properly? In Player Career Mode, during match, my player can’t sprint as if they are suppressed by the mediocre coding of your game. When they aren’t sprint, it doesn’t mean they are jogging. They just casually fast-walking. It gets worse even with the ball. Even that fast-walking is reduced to 30%, and it’s painfully slow. I tried everything. Changed settings, changed sliders, even started various new files, but none fixed this problem. It’s simple. It’s basic sprinting. Without it, this game is LITERALLY unplayable. How come you guys sit around your comfy desks doing nothing then release this pathetic excuse of a football game. How do you expect me to experience your glorified ‘new’ features when I can’t simply RUN. Do you guys know why sprinting is such important in football games? See, I have to RUN to chase the ball. I have to RUN to get into defensive positions. I have to RUN to make an attack. I do hope, in the closet time, you guys fix this most basic game-breaking problem. One of the top targets, personally, when playing my player career mode is to see how much I can raise my market value and how much clubs would be willing to bid/buy me for. The my player career mode has the potential to be great if there were just some minor issues that can be fixed. 1) Get rid of just signing 1 year contracts year on year. It gets boring. You should be able to negotiate your wage and length of contract. 2) Let clubs bid for you! This will make the game feel a lot more realistic and enjoyable. 3) The game play needs addressing because it doesn’t matter who you are playing for, your team will just never match the opposition skill set which encourages others to just spam the pass me the ball button which again becomes repetitive and boring. Your defenders will refuse to put a tackle despite holding second man press! Overall, there is just that little bit of lacking in the realisation of the game. People enjoy career modes in all other sports games because of how realistic it is, this is where eafc 24 drastically falls behind.
Player Career Mode Contract Objectives Are Ridiculous
EA, The contract/transfer contract objectives you have set are outrageous. Most of them are simple and should be accomplishable. Examples of this are a striker having to score 10 headed goals in a season or 6 first time shot goals. Not necessarily easy, but doable. Then there are the ones that are just not achievable in my eyes. Examples of this are recording 100+ successful slide tackles in a season as a center back. If you’ve never tried it, it’s incredibly difficult to slide tackle, especially for it to be counted as a successful one, and there is absolutely no way you could hold an average of 3 a game. Another example are the assist requirements. You need record setting assist numbers for a single season just to move to a new club. As an example, I created a striker career. To get a move to Juve on the bare minimum wage, I would have to record 38 assists this season on top of all the other requirements. For Athletics Madrid, it’s 51 assists. Even Leverkusen requires 27. It’s ridiculous and desperately needs to be fixed. All the work you guys did updating the transfer system means nothing if we can’t use it. It makes playing this mode nearly pointless. This issue spans across positions as well as I’ve checked a few of them. Please look into this. Thanks.
