WOC BROKEN SINCE RELEASE
Like many I’ve preordered this game and nothing but frustration since the release sitting in a lobby with 5 others trying to get into a game. More often than not the game won’t sync up with another team. Like many I only play WOC and aside from private games from organized leagues finding 6v6 games is **bleep** near impossible. I truly wish the best part of this game wasn’t such a problem to access. I fear this issue will remain until they figure out how to exploit gamers for more money in world of chel, the side of the game that spawned league play and what literally drives the sale of this game on all platforms. Game configuration failed/Failed to retrieve data
Since Sunday 27th October, loading into online games has stopped working. In WOC I constantly get the message "game configuration failed" whenever I am loading into a game no matter which club is used for the session. In other modes, such as versus, I get the message "failed to retrieve data" along with the error code whenever I load into a game. Every single method the web can offer has been tested and the only correlation I can think of is the system update that sony rolled out during Friday 25th October but I did manage to play a few games right after the system update. Nothing in my settings has been changed at all The workaround has been to create both a new PSN and EA-account and it works as normal Platform: PS5 When does the error occur: When loading into any online game What game modes are affected: All online game modes Network Settings: NAT Type 2 - 1000/1000 connection - Wired - Default DNS
World of chel crashes
Since last night anytime me or one of my buddies try to enter a world of chel lobby we get an error code and kicked back to the dashboard immediately. Does anyone know how to fix this or how to get EA involved? It’s ridiculous how hundreds of people cannot play for unknown reasons.
CHEL - Game configuration failed
Game configuration failed . The game suffered a configuration fail. Please try again. Me and my teammate have been suffering of this error for some time now. It is random, and the error pops up as the game starts to load into the game. We mostly play as a group of 4 people or more, so when this kind of error happens the rest of our group leave the game so we can re-queue for a new game, giving us all a very bad experience of the game. In hes message he referred to this post; The latest match where this error happened is match id of 13722533280441, where our team (Pekan Tangat) faces Usama HC. We had a group of 5 players, and only 3 of us got into the game. So me and my one teammate got the "game conf failed" -error and did not make it into the game. Therefore the rest of group ditching the match and giving us another 0-3 defeat to our name. The player id;s of the players that got the error when loading into the game: 802295888and1692714479 So with the advice given, we deleted our initial club (Div 1 club) to create another, which we were fine with as long as the error would be fixed. Now we are in a situation where we have deleted our initial club, but the error persists. So the solution of "deleting the club" wont be an acceptable answer this time, as it seems not to work. I have now provided you with sufficent data to dig into this, giving you the exact match id of when it happened, and who it happened to. I can provide the PSN nicknames of the error victims via PM aswell, if the player id linking to psn names is needed. Im looking forward in hearing more of what causes this, and how we can fix this so that we can get the full experience of the game without having to always worry, when the next configuration error happens again. Cannot connect to ea servers...
I was playing yesterday evening HUT online and closed the xbox. Came back an hour later and could not connect to the ea servers. Network connection issue. No worries i'll try tomorrow. Tried this morning, cannot still connect. I thought it was a bug. I sign out of my xbox profile to sign back in. Start NHL 25. Now it won't let me sign in my profile and thinks i am a new player and i still can't connect to the ea servers. I press start to input my sign in info but it does nothing, it stays on the home screen. Xbox is fine logs in others games and play online no problem with internet wired connection. What can i try next ? Maybe erase the game and install again, hard reset console ? Any help is appreciated. Thanks
