EA connection glitch
First of all there's no way to contact EA through chat or call. All these q/a before the help and all they do is redirect you to their help articles like we haven't tried to resolve these issues ourselves. I'm tired of the glitches and connection losses that have affected my game despite having good connection on other games. I need you all to please reset my RTTF league games I have been disconnected in 4 games, had glitches where the opponent ends up quitting when I'm winning and I get the loss and DNF and I can't play the cup . This has made my game experience horrible and despite spending so much time and money with these experiences I really do not want to play the game anymore. Then there's glitches like this which is a clear pen and you don't get it.RTTF LEAGUE LOSE BUG
I have lost at least 5 games of the RTTF League in the past 3 days. I join the game and it then kicks me out from the EA servers and counts the game as a loss. I won’t be able to qualify for the Competitors of Champions cup if i’m “losing” these games. It’s not fair. Same thing happened to a friend of mine and he lost 7 of his games! Making it near impossible to qualify for the other tournaments. Please fix this EA!!!! Give us more games to qualify while you fix this issue or at least restart the count, so people can get a real chance to qualify.
Fc 26 stuttering after latest update
Hello, kindly optimize the game for pc. Before the latest update, the game was running smooth but now it is stuttering in online matches (Rivals, live events etc). It really getting annoying. Tried every fix but nothing works. Please look into it maybe it's anticheat issue i dunno.My evolution us stuck in store and cant redeem it
I have a evolution in my store that can not be claimed for some reason I have packs that I cannot be opened because of this issue can you help me if needed my ea ID is Messi1959, please help me as soon as possible its been like this forever. I got this evo from the season pass because I haven't redeemed my season pass for a while so please help me
I can’t redeem an evolution that was rewarded to me from the season premium pass
When I logged in yesterday I had many players and evos and other season premium pass rewards waiting for me. Since, I have not been able to access that part of the game for a while I guess it just redeemed it for me on its own. However, the there is one Evolution that I am unable to redeem and because of that I can’t open any other packs. I play in PS5 platform but I tried to redeem it on the companion app as well. In both places it’s causing an error to try to redeem this Evo reward from the season’s pass. I have attached some pictures about it and I would truly appreciate some help with this matter since it’s truly affecting my progress in the game.
