I have been playing squad battles for at least 2 or 3 hours on my ps4 and I had an update for ea fc 26 after the update squad battles has not been rewarding me for the matches in all of the difficulties I just won a world class match and got no points. Please ea I beg you to fix this. Every time I try to play RTTF it keeps disconnecting right before the first match, it gives me a loss and DNF warning and kicks me back to main menu. Then I go back and play every RTTF match without problems. But when i quit the game and turn it back on, i get disconnected again before the first RTTF match. So far i got 2 losses because of that. Are you really so incompetent to solve these gamebreaking bugs and glitches? Will you give me back my two matches that counted as a loss because of your incompetence to develop a game without bugs? It's 7 months since the game is out and we're still forced to experience stuff like this. Hello, I am experiencing a persistent connection issue on EA SPORTS FC 26 on PS5, but ONLY when trying to access Clubs. Error message: “Unable to connect to EA servers / Não foi possível se conectar aos servidores da EA” Important detail: The issue ONLY affects Clubs mode. I can access and play other online modes normally, including: - Ultimate Team - Other online game modes Current situation: - PSN works normally - PS Plus is active - NAT Type 2 - Internet works normally on all devices - Ultimate Team loads without issues - Clubs fails every time with the EA servers error What I already tested: - Different networks (home Wi-Fi, Ethernet cable, mobile hotspot, neighbor’s network) - Restarted modem/router multiple times - Changed DNS (Google 8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4 and Cloudflare 1.1.1.1) - Cleared PS5 cache - Rebuilt database via Safe Mode - Logged out and logged back into PSN - Unlinked and relinked EA account (this fixed the issue once temporarily) - Logged out of all trusted devices on EA account - Tested with other PSN users - Tested wired and wireless connections Important observation: Because Ultimate Team and other online modes work, and because the issue persists across multiple different networks, this does not appear to be an ISP or local network problem. Having an issue with Madden 26 on PS5 when loading into game it would display "MISCSERVICEGATEWAY_ERR_SYSTEM" then after about 5-10 seconds in menu would see "CONNECTION LOST". After signing back in and loading MUT, would see "Our servers cannot process your request at this time" before going back to "CONNECTION LOST". Issue has been happening since around December/January which could usually get around by loading into Madden using a hotspot but now this also has the same issue. Issue also occurring on different PlayStation/EA accounts Have tried the following to resolve: - Restart PS5 - Restart Modem/Router - Change DNS settings on PS5 - Clear system cache - Rebuild Database - Unlink PlayStation Network Account from EA account, and re-linked - Uninstall & Reinstall game - Restored License Have noticed a few others have also posted in this forum with the same issue. Dear EA Sports Support, I am writing to report an issue during the new RTTF Live Event in EA FC 26. I was disconnected from three matches, and each was counted as a loss. Because of this, I ran out of attempts and could not qualify for the RTTF Cup tournaments. These disconnections were due to connection errors, not normal gameplay. I’ve been having issues with PS5 sever timeouts for about two weeks now. I’ve spent countless time chatting with support, which ends up being copy and paste answers and support, same attempts at resolving etc. I’ve changed my DNS settings about 10 times, deleted game and reinstalled about 5 times, deleted my account settings countless times, reset internet, reset PS5 (completely removing cables), emptied all my squads and created blank ones several times. Once agent said they “made a change on your account”; nothing supports a resolution. Other accounts work fine, companion app works fine, web app works fine. Even when timing out, I can still change music, open and respond to socials etc. it works for a while after a game restart, before timing out again. This happens in SBCs, the Club, Store, game modes etc. it’s becoming almost unplayable and yet the support I get offered is exactly the same, on repeat. I am able to access EA servers on FC 26 but when I log into UT it says "Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the Main Menu". I tried deleting and reinstalling the game. I restarted my router and PC. I tried to repair the game. I tried about every suggestion I could find on YouTube. Even after so many updates the major issue with input delay/lag is not fixed. Whenever I play online with my friends or random players in or without cross-play setting turned on my games starts getting delayed right after 2-3 secs and that lag builds up so much that it is just impossible to play the game. When will EA fix this? I did all the settings and solutions available online, but this issue is not getting solved, and I am unable to play FC 26 with my friends at all.
