Online H2H - Keeps "losing connection"
Every time over the past few days when i attempt to play a simple online H2H game, i am in the main lobby, account is signed into the EA servers. but then it gives me the 'lost connection" message and then i keep going around in circles trying to connect Last week, it would do that 2 or 3 times and eventually connect, but now, not working at all. It's infuriating. All i want to do is play online I have cleared my cache, reinstalled the game. restarted my modem and to no avail. Is it something EA is attempting to fix?
Higher ping in Texas - Dallas server down?
I normally have 8ms of latency in Ultimate Team online modes. For a week now I'm only having 24ms. Is something wrong with the Dallas server? Not only that, the gameplay is horrendous for this previous 7 days. A lot of input delay. Players don't behave normally, even the IA controlled players, everything is slow. Before anyone suggest obvious things, here is my setup: - PS5 (with Dual Sense Edge on USB) - NAT Type 1 (with IP Passthrough) - Ethernet cable CAT8 - AT&T Fiber 1000 - DNS (8.8.8.8 or 1.1.1.1 or default, trying it all for troubleshoot) - Alienware Gaming Monitor with 1ms of responseController still not working on online matches in pc?
Works perfectly in offline matches like squadbattles and moments etc, but only works for the first 15 in game minutes of a match and then the game visibly slows down, and my controller no longer works. So frustrating, what did i buy the game for if i cant play it? Ive researched this problem and many others have the same problem, but the difference is it was 5 months ago. Has EA still not fixed this? Limiting fps to 60 and turning on vsync doesnt work too.
Unable to connect to Online Services
Having an issue with Madden 26 on PS5 when loading into game it would display "MISCSERVICEGATEWAY_ERR_SYSTEM" then after about 5-10 seconds in menu would see "CONNECTION LOST". After signing back in and loading MUT, would see "Our servers cannot process your request at this time" before going back to "CONNECTION LOST". Issue has been happening since around December/January which could usually get around by loading into Madden using a hotspot but now this also has the same issue. Issue also occurring on different PlayStation/EA accounts Have tried the following to resolve: - Restart PS5 - Restart Modem/Router - Change DNS settings on PS5 - Clear system cache - Rebuild Database - Unlink PlayStation Network Account from EA account, and re-linked - Uninstall & Reinstall game - Restored License Have noticed a few others have also posted in this forum with the same issue. Is this a known issue with a workaround? Based in New Zealand
Loosing connection after race start
Hello, I see that this issue has been encountered by others. I get disconnected from online races after start (about less than a minute into the session). It shows as if everybody gets disconnected and I'm left alone in the lobby. Internet is working fine so no idea why this happens. This is going on for a few days by now. Please help.CANNOT LOAD INTO ANY ONLINE RACE (PS5)
Since this season 6 update - i havent been able to race in ANY league races or anything online for that matter - i have cleared cache from my ps5, rebuilt database on safe mode - tried 3 different internet networks, tested internet speed, deleted and reinstalled the game yet NOTHING! This is driving me nuts and for some reason trying to get a hold of EA in any matter is a nightmare - hopefully someone in the EA coding team can help here as im just stuck with this screen anytime i load even into time trials and load the leaderboards - PLEASE HELP
