WTF EA bug in game, delay, fps drop
EA whats happend with update, when You repair losing control in early access now in division rivals and every 11vs11 I got delay minimum 3-5second. Only if I play on 60 fps it can be played. Normally its 144fps and 144MHz. Second BIG problem is that when I play second or third match in half i got fps drop to 14-18, how should we play on that?? Maybe game using VRam and not clear it regularly. Guys please... We pay a lot for game every year, that is not a mystery, mistake on early access? ok, that can happend. some bugs on match? ok BUT when we cant play match on rivals or FUT champs thats something to change. I asked my friends and thats not only my problem. Please do something with that or give tips how do it myself. Hello EA team, I am experiencing severe latency and lag issues in EA Sports FC 26 caused by incorrect network routing on your side. My internet provider is Deutsche Telekom (Germany). As the attached traceroute clearly shows, my connection is being routed through France (Zayo) and then to Ashburn, Virginia (USA) instead of reaching a European server like Frankfurt or Amsterdam, which would normally provide stable and low latency connections. This results in massive ping spikes, sometimes reaching up to 1000 ms, making the game literally unplayable. These spikes cause heavy input delay, laggy animations, and frequent desyncs during matches. While players on other ISPs in Germany such as Vodafone or 1&1 have stable 20–30 ms connections, Telekom users are forced through an inefficient transatlantic route. The issue occurs at all times of the day and is not related to peak traffic or local congestion. It is also not caused by my connection. Other online titles such as Battlefield 6, Apex Legends, Warzone and others run perfectly fine on the same network with low latency and no spikes. This issue is exclusive to EA Sports FC 26, which clearly indicates a routing or server allocation problem specific to this game. This problem is not new. Telekom users and EA players have been reporting the same issue for years. Unfortunately, the response has always been generic troubleshooting like restarting the router or checking the connection, which does not address the real routing problem. Details: Provider: Deutsche Telekom (Germany) Affected EA server: 159.153.71.17 (Ashburn, USA) Observed route: Telekom → Zayo (France) → Level3 → USA Expected route: EU nodes such as Amsterdam or Frankfurt (CDN77 or EA EU POP) Actual route: Forced routing to US East Coast (Ashburn, VA) This issue is reproducible and affects a large number of Telekom customers in Germany. It is also not limited to Telekom. Players from other countries and ISPs including the Netherlands, France, the UK and Scandinavia are reporting the exact same routing behavior to Ashburn, USA. This proves the problem lies on EA’s side or with its peering strategy, not with individual ISPs. I kindly ask that this case is escalated directly to EA’s network or infrastructure team, not closed with Tier 1 support replies. Please provide a ticket or case ID so this can be tracked and referenced properly. EA has publicly promised improved server infrastructure and better connectivity for FC 26 in Europe. What we are experiencing, however, is the complete opposite. Routing EU players through the US creates extreme latency spikes and gives other players an unfair advantage. This is unacceptable for a competitive online game. If this is caused by peering decisions with transit providers such as Zayo or Level3, this must be reviewed and corrected as soon as possible. This issue has already been discussed on Reddit, X (Twitter) and several ISP forums across Europe. Many players are affected. If it is not addressed properly, we will continue to document and escalate it publicly to gather more affected users. We need EA to review its server allocation and routing policy for European customers and ensure proper EU peering or reassign affected accounts to EU datacenters. heh guys i have a problem when i start a match my ping is usually around 15-20 but every 5-10 minutes (game time) it suddenly jumps to like 200 for about 3-4 seconds and durning that time i had a huge delay and then it goes back to normal i play other games and my internet is totally fine no lag or ping spikes at all it only happens in ea fc 26 im on xbox one and i already reinstalled the gameControls Unresponsive - EA FC 26

In this case, while playing Ultimate Team, when I press a button (any button, whether it's to shoot, pass, or make an analog stick movement), the players don't execute that same command. It's impossible to play this way, distorting the truth in games. I also experience this lack of response in the game menus. I have full internet access and I play on PS5. Could you help me? I believe this is a problem with the game servers, and it's unacceptable to spend so much money on a game and sometimes not be able to play. This disparity makes no sense. Boa noite, Venho por este meio reportar um constante problema que tenho sentido no EA FC 26, neste caso, ao estar no Ultimate Team, quando clico num botão (seja ele qual for, seja para chutar ou passar ou um movimento no analógico), os jogadores não executam essa mesma ordem.. não dá pra jogar desta forma, desvirtuando a verdade nos jogos... também sinto esta falta de resposta nos menus do jogo... tenho pleno funcionamento da net e jogo com a PS5, será que me podem ajudar? Creio que isto seja mesmo um problema dos servidores do jogo e é inadmissível gastar tanto dinheiro num jogo e por vezes não conseguir jogar, não faz qualquer sentido esta disparidade, num dia jogasse muitíssimo bem e com velocidade, noutros dias nem se consegue jogar, ou pela lentidão do jogo ou pela falta de correspondência das ações do comando...Unable to connect to servers
EA devs I need you guys on this ASAP. Since last Thursday, either when BF6 dropped or the second last FC patch dropped, I haven’t been able to stay connected to the game, any time I access a squad it lags and disconnects me, anytime I play a game and I make subs I get disconnected, and other times I can’t even connect. I’m based in ON, Canada, and people are having the same problems in my area. We paid $140 CAD for this. Completely unacceptable for you guys to have such incompetent servers in 2025, CLASH OF CLANS got better servers. Fix up before you guys lose everyone when GTA 6 comes out.
