Event Goals won't show
So, this started almost a few weeks ago and I have been trying to not to play it and tried about everything so far (hitting the repair button, cleaning out my mods folder, and updating it). However, nothing is working and I think my game is just broken at this point, but does anyone have a clue what this could be?
my sims 4 cats and dogs wont download
i tried all the trouble shooting things on google and my pack wont show up. i had recently switched pc's and my cats and dogs pack was downloaded before i had switched everything over and everything is saying it is download but when i go into the game i cant access it or it says i need to restart for it to work, any suggestions?Sims 4 DLC shows 'in-game content' in EA App but not owned in-game
Hi, I redeemed three Sims 4 DLCs using CD keys. In the EA App, they show up under “Manage Add-ons” as “in-game content,” but in the game they appear as “Not Owned” and cannot be used. I have already: – Reinstalled the base game – Cleared EA App cache – Changed install path and language – Confirmed I'm logged into the correct EA account – Waited over 24 hours for syncing The DLCs I activated are: – Macabre Mementos Digital Content – Lovestruck Heartbreak Happens Digital Content – Set Up Shop Digital Content Please help bind these properly to my account so they appear as owned and download correctly. Thank you!
sims 4 packs broken, cannot download them because their files are gone.
Two of my game packs (horse ranch expansion pack, EP10 and snowy escape EP14) will not show up in my game, and I cannot download them in the EA app. when I try to download these packs or repair, I get the notification "that folder doesn't exist" and that I need to check my installation destination. I have checked and it seems normal, the rest of my packs download like normal, and exist in my files. what seems to be the problem is that those two game packs don't exist in my files, they don't show up when I search them up, so I can't find them and delete them to reinstall them, because they are just not there, in the EA app it says that I do own these packs, and I have checked that they were bought with my account, they have just suddenly disappeared from my files. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall my game, clear cache/fix app in EA, repair the game, restart the whole Mac, restart the EA app, searched for the game pack files, but with no luck. please help me😭
Merged my accounts but nothing transferred
I had an old account that I was locked out of for a few years, I had EVERY dlc for it other than the Star Wars one. I made a new account afterwards where I started rebuying the packs slowly. The other day I was magically allowed to get back into my account and so I asked EA help to merge the accounts. So they did. They told me to wait 30-45 minutes before the packs I used to have were transferred to my current account. After waiting an hour, nothing happened so I went back to EA help. They tried telling me to clear the cache, uninstall and reinstall, log out and log back in, and when that didn't work they had NO solution for me. They told me to wait 24 hours and that they advise I try the same tactics then. So I asked if in 24 hours it still didn't show up what was I supposed to do. They had no answer for me. I'm upset because literally I've spent more than a thousand dollars, especially because I had to buy things twice when I was locked out of my old account (which has since been deactivated.) I asked if they're able to refund at all since the packs are gone even if it's just sale prices, but they have strict refund policies I guess. The person I spoke to did say that a few of the packs I had showed on their side that I owned them on my current account but still that doesn't change what's on my side - I feel like it made them less willing to help me since on their side it looked fine. I'm not sure though, I just don't know how to get my games back.No download possible expansion pack
I buyed the expansion pack go to work. I payed and I get a order receipt. When I go to Sims 4 and I am explorere world then he said that the new world first have to be download. I usually do that in the EA app. But I can't find my expansion pack. It's not in my library. The only possible way is to buy this pack again. But the money is already of my bank account. Can somebody help me how I can download this pack?ALL My Stuff are gone?!
At first , i downloaded the sims it was all fine . Then due to my cloud space not having enough storage to the point i can't open my game , so i transferred all my electronic art file to an USB drive then when i open my game all my mod that was in game was all gone even the saves in my previous game too(all the mods and cc are all in the folder in the usb).Can anyone tell me why and solutions Thanks!T-T
