My game won't update (Mac)
My game just won’t update. I’ve tried three times already, restored the EA app, etc. But the update download is insanely slow. My internet connection is stable, everything else is working fine. I don’t have any other devices on WiFi, yet the download speed keeps dropping until it’s down to 20 kb/s until the whole thing just stops moving. I’m losing it. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

Hello, I am re-downloading Sims 4. Issue that I have now, is that I barely hit 1mb download, most of the time I am stuck at 200kb/s. Things checked so far: - Emptied EA cache - Restarted Router & PC - Opened EA App as administrator - Checked download-speed on other apps: Steam downloads with 12mb/s as usual - Tried to download without any other programs open - Pausing and starting multiple times If this goes on, I will probably need a week until I downloaded my 22 packs + basegame. Any other idea?The Sims 4 Stuck on the First Loading Screen
When I opened the game I couldn't access the main menu and got stuck on the first loading screen. I recently downloaded the new expansion pack (Life and Death) and had been playing the game (on PC) without any problem for about three days. Today I also played the game without any problem but suddenly when I tried to open the game again it wouldn't go pass the first loading screen. I removed all the mods and CC and also fixed the game twice but the problem still exists. How can I fix this? Do I have to wait for a new update? :(Storybook nursery
Hello, when I go to manage downloads it says I can download it and when I go to purchase screen it says I own it but when I go to download it, it stops the download and says I don't own it, what gives? It won't even let me buy it again to be sure I do. I tried signing out and back in and clearing the cache and signing back in.

Sims Okay Bought EVERY PACK EVER (such a sucker) and yet still no love. And Zero Customer service, C'mon I mean Where do you need to go to get some assistance, we are not asking the world here BUT, I get that the world is asking Electronic Arts for A billion QUESTIONS all the time so can we have GENUINE (A) Person that can define A Question being asked and not some (excellent A.I.) that can not tell if the sky is blue or the sun is red. Can we have some ASSISTANCE PLEASE. Or Am ( I ) Asking to much as a person that can tell that the sky is green and the sun is Black. So my Question Is Why Wont My Game Run (And by the way this has happened on previous Updates And new packs) NOW I have a theory about relativity. (but that is not the point) but we could Go into the theory as to why the game is preventing privileges and not granting them. This is my Question why does my download not grant privilege's once downloaded. As this will be my only outlet for exploration And many eons later I may find out that theory is in fact true. My best wishes to whomever gets to this first the theory of relativity is not my thing, but I Guess one would assume that PLAYing the sims EXCLUSE to sims4. is more of a bet that this Is my reason for being HERE not as the reason for me as a being !! being here as a person that just you know wants to play the sims but who am I hmm just a E.A.Player otherwise I would be testing my theory about E.A. But I must thank you if you got to the end part( not the part about relativity) the part as to why I have taken to leave this message In the not to distant(hoping) future there will be a fix.
Unable to place some items in build and buy
Since installing Life and Death I have found I have been unable to place some items in build and buy. The only items I have noticed at the moment are trash cans and pet bowls. Even a cemetery I downloaded from the gallery is showing as incomplete because the game has removed the trash can and I can't place a new one. It just disappears when pressing the mouse button to place. I can't play with pets at the moment because they will get taken away without access to a food bowl. 😭No Ravenwood World after buying and downloading Life and Death Pack.
Hello, I just started playing the game today, after the big download yesterday. I did buy the Life and Death pack. However, during my game and when my Sims traveled, I didn't see any mention or any pictures of Ravenwood on the world map. I did buy the Lovestruck pack a while ago, and I still have the two worlds from that. I did take out one of my World Sort mods thinking that might be solve it. I don't know if it has. I will have to find out tomorrow if it has. I have a Sim that needs to write a will. Other than that how else do I fix this issue?
Restart Required for Missing Packs Purchased
It says Restart Required for Missing Packs that I've purchased but my EA Library and sims 4 library show that they're already purchased and downloaded. I've restarted so many times and it's still not working. Also unable to find any way to contact EA support besides forums. Help please!
