I don't like this app.
I bought ME:LE on Steam. I want to play it but I heard the EA app was buggy, ate money, and had privacy concerns. I thought to myself: "That sounds right about in line with EA." So I used the Origin workaround for a while until you guys dropped Origin. Now I can't play Mass Effect without being taxed somehow. Even though I already bought the game. I just won't then. You took away Mass Effect just like you took away the studio that made it. I miss EA from the 90's. I wish you guys cared about people and not just money. Hi, since this past Friday (March 21st), I can't play Sims 4 at all. I had an update to install, but my download was stuck at 1% then a window telling me the app won't be able to connect to Internet opened, although I am connected. I tried everything (updated my mac to most recent version, trying switching to online, disconnect/reconnect, uninstall EA Games/install, delete cache, changing the DNS code with EA Help, etc). I even uninstalled the game (Sims 4). But then, when I try to reinstall it on the EA Games app, it goes to 2% then stop and the same window appears (telling me I'm offline). Here's a photo, but in French (I'm from Quebec, Canada). Did you have the same issue and how did you solve it? Can someone help?EA App - All Games Shows 'Not Currently Playable"
Hi everyone, I'm having issues with the EA app where all my games show as "Not currently playable." No matter which game I try, I can't launch anything. Anyone from the EA team should respond to this please. I'd really appreciate it. Thank you Mannie
EA App, removing or blocking games
right to start I brought the sims 4 from steam a long time ago for nostalgia but they release add on add on add on, drove me nuts with the amount of junk (should be in the game only or most should have been included) either way I hardly played it as I think its junk, I blocked it in steam so no longer have a issue there ( I don't want to remove from account as iv paid for it ) however now this new EA app has started sending push notifications to the junk and there don't seem to be a way of blocking that one game without removing advertising for all games content advertising for games I own, and the EA app don't seem to have that function the website has no links to contact unless I'm banned apparently plus the bot chat is totally useless don't seem to have any understanding or of it own functionality programmed in.
