EA-app allowed to login from 2 computers
I have two computers with the ea-app but the limit is one at a time. Suggestion Can you please allow 2 EA - app to be able to run from 2 different computers on the same lan. It is fine if one ea app can be played at a time. that is good, but please allow two ea apps to login

I am having trouble connectin xbox app to the ea extension it says were having trouble connecting to the ea app error code:-2147221163 to contact ea app support I have tired all of these- Restart and Update: Restart your PC. Make sure Windows is up to date with the latest updates installed. Check Internet and Security Software: Ensure your internet connection is stable. Temporarily disable any third-party antivirus or firewall to rule out interference. If this fixes it, add the EA app as an exception in your security software. EA will not email me any verification codes (I checked spam folders) to be able to log into my account when I went to turn 2fa on (didn't know it was turned off because usually it sends me a code to be able to get into my account). It said 'Something went wrong' then when i tried to do it again it said it sent a code but I never received it.
EA App fails to connect and will not show any offline messages
Just as the title says. It takes 2 or 3 times to get connected to the app. Once it does, if anyone has left me a offline message, I cannot read it. I can see my side of the conversation, but their side is blank. I did clear the cache, got a fresh download of the app and nothing helped. Friend Online Indicator and notifications not working
I am having an issue with the friends online indicator icon in the EA app. I can be online in the EA app with my friends simultaneously, and the online indicator icon will remain grayed out as if they are offline, it will not show a green icon that they are online in the EA app. I also don't get notifications when my friends logon to the EA app anymore. This behavior carries over to EA games, such as Battlefield 6, when I can't tell if they are online, no green icon and no notifications when they login to the game. However, they can see my online indicator icon and can invite me into a party within a EA game. I can see the friend list though, its just grayed out all the time now whether my friend are online or not. I can't tell anymore.I’m begging you guys to help me.
I have packs and I really don’t want to lose them. I clicked on my EA shortcut and this keeps popping up no matter how much I repair the app. I read to uninstall and reinstall the app but the EA app never was in “installed apps” I thought that was normal bc I’m not tech savvy. I could still play it with my shortcut and I’ve been doing that for 2 years. I need help fixing this please.
