[INFO REQUEST] "Service Limitations Apply" Error In EA app Or Online
Hi everyone, Over the past week, we’ve seen a small uptick in reports from players encountering a “Service Limitations Apply” error in the EA app on PC and Mac. This error appears during login, when launching a game via a third-party launcher (like Steam or Epic), or when trying to link those launchers to an EA account. To help us investigate and hopefully resolve this for those affected, please share the following information in your reply: Your region/country of residence Whether you are located in or connecting through a country listed under EA’s restricted regions (see: "EA games unavailable in some countries or regions") Are you using a VPN? If so, please disable it completely (make sure no VPN-related processes are running), reboot your device, and try again. Your EA app Error Reporter ID You can generate this from the EA app and post it here in the thread. Purchased Madden 26 on Epic Games but still don't "own it"
I've linked my EA games app with Epic Games. If I unlink the accounts I can't re-link them until Feb of next year! I clicked to install my new game and it opens EA app to download it. Cool. The EA app doesn't say it's linked to Epic Games but my EA account on web browser DOES say I'm connected. I try to launch Madden in EA app and it says I don't own it? Completely useless! Going to request a refund if this isn't fixed in the next 24 hours.
NO EA GAMES WORK
Everything was fine until about 3 weeks ago. Every time I try to launch a game it loads the ea app, gets to the splash screen ( BFV for example ) then minimizes ea and crash, nothing opens have tried BFV,BF1,SWBF2 nothing. I have looked online for EVERY solution, I have cleared my ea cache, removed the documents files, made sure everything is running as admin, done a complete system reboot, all my drivers and OS are up to date. nothing and i mean nothing has worked to resolve this, with BF6 releasing soon i want this fixedLogin issue.... please help
i just bought and install FC25 from epic games, i did repair the game for several times but it always stuck at login with notification such as picture i provide, it indicates security violation but i dont knoe how to fix it. i dont understand what should i do.... please help me. some times the last digits are (110), (25), (10)EA saying account is offline
I keep getting this error message when trying to open Madden 25 (which I purchased through Epic Games) that says: "we've noticed your computer is currently offline. To activate your game on this computer using your EA account, you'll need to connect to the internet" How do I resolve this?EA APP WONT LET ME LOGIN FROM EPIC GAMES
Hi! 4 Years ago I purchased Battlefield 2042 from "EPIC GAMES" and it let me play the game for hours. However, it came a time that i wasnt able to play because of work. Fast forward, last year I tried logging in to my Battlefield 2042 account in EA APP. Lo and behold, My Epic Games BF2042 would redirect me to EA APP saying my account was connected to an email in EA APP that i dont recognize. EPIC says report the issue with EA but both platform won't help me. There is no other way for self service in the website. Here's a screenshot of the account in EA APP
TS4 Luxury Party Stuff and Fashion Street Kit Missing from Game
A while back, I switched from the Origin App to the EA app and now these two add-ons are missing from my game and files. It says that I own the packs and that they need to be downloaded, but when I tried to redownload them, I'm met with the add-ons being greyed out. and a "Available on Windows" message. Yes, I've cleared my catche, repaired the game, logged off and back on and none of these have fixed the issue. Please help! Here are some pictures of the first pack. It is showing the same for the Fashion Street kit.
